public buses : v
Most Moroccans travel by bus. Bus travel is quite cheap but the buses get completely full, with more people wanting to travel than the bus has space for. So you will need to arrive in good time to guarantee getting a seat.
Most of the buses travelling in and around Agadir leave from the main bus station in Inezgene Town so, if you want to travel cheaply, not very fast and together with the local people, then buses are good choice. A taxi however may be a better choice as you will get a fixed rate for a fixed destination but be sure to agree this in advance with the driver.
The main bus station in AGADIR is located in Inezgane town. (10 km = 6 mi south of Agadir). You can walk (approx. 15 minutes.), take a local bus (3 DH) or a little taxi (should be less than 10 DH, check if the counter is on and ask the price before getting in).
CTM or Supratour : v
CTM and Supratours are the most reliable bus companies in Agadir. Supratours are probably the best coach company for getting around Morocco; there coaches are comfortable, air conditioned and definitely more reliable than a lot of the competition. The Supratours office is situated in the main bus station in Inezgane so if you’re looking to travel Into Essaouira, Marrakesh, Ourzazate or any other destination in South Morocco, I would recommend Supratours. It is advisable to book in advance, as they are the best, they are also the busiest.
